Where you are located outside India and other data protection law applies to you (for example, the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, as applicable.

Because several of our OEM partners (for example, the Qt Company, PTC, Incredibuild, and Wowza) are headquartered outside India, information shared with them in connection with a licensing or support request may be processed outside India. The DPDP Act permits cross-border transfer of personal data except to countries specifically restricted by the Government of India.
