By accessing or using the Website, submitting an enquiry, registering for training, or applying for a role through our Careers page, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 2. About Spark Magic Technologies
Spark Magic Technologies is a Bengaluru-based technology company and authorised distributor providing access to OEM engineering platforms including Qt (Qt Framework, Qt Creator, Qt Design Studio, Qt Accelerate, Squish, Coco, Axivion, Test Center), PTC Codebeamer, SimuQuest (UniPhi, QuantiPhi, VenetDCP), Incredibuild, and Wowza together with related training, consulting, and technical enablement services, primarily for organisations in the Aerospace & Defence, Automotive & Micromobility, Healthcare, Industrial Automation, and Semiconductor sectors.
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, the Website by any third party. You agree not to:

References to these products describe Spark Magic’s distribution and service relationship with them and do not imply that Spark Magic owns those marks.
5. Products, Licensing, and Quotations
- Spark Magic acts as an authorised distributor and/or channel partner for the OEM products described on this Website. Use of any licensed OEM software remains subject to that OEM’s own end-user licence agreement (EULA) and support terms, in addition to any commercial agreement you sign with Spark Magic.
- Pricing, availability, and product information on the Website are indicative and subject to change without notice. They do not constitute a binding offer.
- No order, licence, or engagement is binding on Spark Magic until confirmed in writing via a signed quotation, purchase order, or services agreement.
6. Training Programmes
- Enrolment in an instructor-led, live virtual, or on-demand training programme is subject to separate confirmation of dates, fees, and any minimum/maximum participant numbers communicated at the time of booking.
- Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms for a specific training engagement will be set out in the corresponding booking confirmation or agreement, and prevail over any general statement on this Website.
- Recording, redistribution, or resale of training materials or sessions without Spark Magic’s prior written consent is not permitted.
7. Careers and Job Applications
- By submitting a job application (including a resume/CV) through the Careers page, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to share any personal or professional references included.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview, offer, or any form of engagement with Spark Magic.
- Application data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
